Our popular, delightful body pampering treatments are available in our Salon and Mobile for clients added convenience; limited call out appointments vailable, please enquire. Appointments in Salon are suggested to avoid disappointments or waiting times. All our friendly staff members are Trained in the treatments they provide to Australian National Accreditation standards.
We kindfully ask for 24 hours convenience notice when making any changes to your scheduled appointment. Failing to notify our staff of any appointment booking changes may result in aditional charges applied to your next appointment.
Our caring and professional Beauty Therapists, will listen carefully to your needs and requests, we will customise your service treatment & products to suit your needs and your budget, giving you their undivided and professional attention each and every time you visit.
All our pampering treatments are suggested by appointment bookings, clients are required to be on time to ensure they are not feeling stressed from rushing to get to their appointment at our Salon, we also wouldn't want to run into another clients allotted appointment time. Arriving late to your appointment lessens your treatment time, results and benefits - but still incures the full cost of your treatments.
If you are to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, you will need to give use 24 hrs notice, we do not want to charge you 50% of your treatment costs, if no notice is recieved 50% of the total costs of your booking will be applied to your next appointment.
Most other Salons will charge clients a full 100% cost of their missed appointments. Please enquire upon making your booking if you require a reminder notice sent via a call, Text message or e-mail, we are only too happy to assist you with your treatment and beauty care requirements.
Our delightful Salon & Mobile services are available by easy appointments. Bridal Make up Bookings are required to book well in advance to ensure you have the date and time you require, we also suggest a Trail appointment to ensure your look is achieved on your special day with minimum fuss and maximum results.
We are parents too and understand that at times there is no one available to baby sit for us when we occassionally need them, we do not provide any day care or child minding, we do however have books & toys available to keep your little one occupied whilst mum or nan is getting pampered. Your child is your responsability in our salon, please be aware our Beauty and Nail Salon is not designed or set up to care for young children, please keep this in mind in our salon.
We do suggest finding a sitter for young children to ensure your 'time out' is spent being totally pampered and in a relaxing atmosphere.

Please Note that All transactions are payable via cash, no other forms of payment is available. No eftpos is available until further advertised. An ATM is located in the main street of Clifton, both NAB and Herritage Banks are also available in the main street. Thank you.
